My story

Hi, I’m Laura Wilson — a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with nearly 20 years of maternal-child experience, and the heart behind Nest and Nourish.

I started this practice because feeding your baby shouldn’t feel overwhelming or lonely. Whether you’re working through latch difficulties, worried about milk supply, preparing to head back to work, or just want a weight check and some reassurance, I’m here to walk through it with you — with honest, evidence-based guidance.

I see clients in person at Eldon Family Chiropractic in Eldon, Missouri, and I also offer virtual visits. As a private practice, you get unhurried, one-on-one time focused entirely on you and your baby — where every question is welcome and no concern is too small.

I’m a mom of two girls myself, so I know firsthand that no two feeding journeys look alike. My goal is simple: that you leave feeling confident, supported, and equipped for whatever comes next.
